As an eCom Copy Project Manager, you’ll manage a chunk of Thread’s business, mainly global eCommerce work, and pitch in on other projects as needed.
You’ll work with your client and a Thread team to deliver spot-on copy. You'll set the schedule, balancing the intricacy of the work, the team available for the job and the date it needs to deliver. You’ll participate in client meetings, determining and overseeing the completion of all necessary next steps. And you'll also be responsible for ensuring the final copy meets our standards and is delivered on time. You may also be responsible for some new business projects, as well as taking part in the studio’s overall new business development efforts.
We’re looking for someone who can offer great project management that endears us to our clients, produces high quality work, and is as efficient as possible for all involved. And because we’re a writing studio, your communication skills need to be highly polished (i.e., you’re great at email).
There’s room for this position to grow and change according to the studio’s needs and your own aspirations.
